Raby is without doubt one of the most impressive intact castles in the North of England. Built in the 14th century by the powerful Neville family, it has a long history. Home to Cecily Neville, mother of two kings of England, it was also the scene of the plotting of the Rising of the North and a Parliamentary stronghold during the Civil War.

Deer Park With 200 acres to explore and a range of wildlife on our doorstep, there is plenty to see and do across Raby Park. Discover walking routes and meet herds of red and fallow deer.

Yurt Cafe offering a range of food and beverages. From sandwiches to soups, we’ll also have a range of savoury snacks and sweet treats available.

All prices are coach travel only, price per person admission is not included unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel any excursion giving 48 hours notice if we have insufficient passengers. We cannot be held liable for tickets purchased independently by passengers for any cancelled excursion. If a passenger cancels an excursion then a 30% admin fee will be deducted, however if cancelled less than 48 hours before excursion date NO refund will be given and NO transfer ticket will be offered.
